Landax remote support

Support is primarily available via the customer portal, but occasionally it will be appropriate for us to provide support directly in the Landax system. You need to download Join.me or Teamviewer so that we can help you.

Join.me

Visit the join.me website
Click on “Get started” on the homepage
Log in/create free user
Copy the link and share it with us

Teamviewer

Visit the Teamviewer website
Click on “Download for free” on the homepage
Wait for the file to download, or click on “Direct download”
Save and open/run the file, then select “Run only”
Select “Yes” when Teamviewer asks about access
Copy and share the ID and password with us
