System for checklists

Checklists can be used to document completed checks, to-do lists, satisfaction surveys or other instances when maintaining structured data may be useful. They also provide a useful support tool for quality assurance of products, services, external and internal processes, projects and lots more.

Your digital checklists

Landax offers a separate tool for preparing and completing checklists. The checklists can be filled in directly in the system and the app, or you can print them out and reply to them on paper.

The Landax checklist module can be linked to various types of nonconformities, equipment, skills, documents, sick leave, etc. The checklists can also be specified in relation to the nonconformity types to which they are linked. In the case of an environmental nonconformity, for example, it is possible to fill in a checklist where the incident can be described more specifically, as well as filling in the nonconformity form.

Lots of applications

This module is also used to document training when appointing staff. The staff member may, for example, undergo an employment procedure that includes training and orientation in various aspects of EHS. At the end of this procedure, the employee fills in a checklist where they acknowledge the items they have completed.

The checklist module is also well developed in the Landax app and can be used on both mobile phones and tablets to respond to checklists when you are on the go.

Readily accessible from the app

The Landax app offers excellent support for filling in and overviewing checklists. The app also provides the option of directly adding media files such as photos, videos and audio recordings, as well as documents.

There is also a feature for filtering and sorting checklists, filtering by person responsible, department and date, and sorting by name, number, response date, etc.

Checklists can be linked directly to projects and be filled in either online or in the app. The app also provides the option of using your mobile phone camera for documentation purposes with photos, video and audio recordings. This documentation is linked to the checklist and is also available in the system online. This feature is particularly useful for JSA work.
